摘要
建立蔬菜和水果中气相色谱法测定三种菊酯不确定度评定的数学模型,全面考虑了测量过程中的不确定度来源,同时对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展。得出其主要的不确定度因素来源于样品的处理过程及回收率因子,整体评定方法清晰合理,可用于水产品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的不确定度评定。
The mathematic model for the evaluation of uncertainty on the detection of 3 pyrethroid residues in Vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography was developed. The origins of uncertainty were sample pretreatment and factor of recovery according to the consideration of the origins of uncertainty and the combination and extension of the each uncertainty component. The evaluation method was distinct and reasonable; therefore this method was available for the evaluation of uncertainty on the detection of pyrethroid residues in aquatic product.
