摘要
目的 分析免疫低下患者合并肺结核的临床特点。方法 对我科 1995～ 2 0 0 1年收治的免疫低下合并肺结核病的 30例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 (1)与服用糖皮质激素及其他免疫抑制剂有关。 (2 )易延误诊断。 (3)愈后差 ,死亡率高。结论 对免疫低下的患者尤其是长期应用糖皮质激素者 ,要注意肺结核的发生 ,提高早期确诊率。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of immunocomposed host complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Method 30 cases of imunocomposed host with pulmonary tuberculosis treated during 1995 2001 were analyzed retrospectively. Results (1) Long term treatment with corticosteroid and immanodepression was not related to theonset of pulmonary tuberculosis. (2) Pulmonary tuberculosis was easily misdiagnosed. (3) Prognosis was no good with a high death rate. Conclusion We must pay attention to the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis among the patients with immucomprosed heat and to have an early diagnosis.
