摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗2型糖尿病肠病的疗效及不良反应。方法选取32例诊断为2型糖尿病肠病的患者,依据临床症状分为便秘组(n=19例)、腹泻组(n=13例),在常规降糖治疗基础上,均加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片,疗程10d,分别在治疗前、治疗结束观察患者排便次数、排便时间、粪便性状、伴随症状等参数,比较2组疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果便秘组总有效率84.21%,腹泻组总有效率100%;便秘组与腹泻组治疗后排便症状评分较治疗前均明显降低,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗2型糖尿病肠病疗效确切,有效率高,且较安全。
Objective To explore the clinical effects and side effects of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（live）in the treatment of diabetic enteropathy.Methods According to the clinical symptoms,thirty-two patients with diabetic enteropathy were divided into two groups：astriction group（n=19）and diarrhoea group（n=13）.Except routing therapy,all of the patients were given bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（live）.After 10 days treatment,the number of cacation,cacation time,stool characteristics,cacation with simultaneous phenomenon and other parameters were compared.Results After treatment,all of the indices of cacation in astriction group and diarrhoea group were improved as compared with pre-treatment（P〈0.05）.The total efficiencies in the astriction group and in the diarrhoea group were 84.21% and 100%,respectively.Conclusion The clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（live）on the diabetic enteropathy is affirmed with high efficiency and safety.
