磨料水射流对硬质合金切割深度的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过用高压磨料水射流对硬质合金进行切割,以单因素试验的形式分析了射流压力、切割速度、磨料流量、靶距对硬质合金材料切割深度的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,选定各因素的水平进行正交试验,通过极差分析对加工参数进行优化。结果表明:各因素对切割深度的影响主次关系依次为射流压力、切割速度、磨料流量、靶距;获得最大切割深度的最优工艺参数为:射流压力280 MPa、切割速度50.8mm/min、磨料流量545g/min、靶距5 mm,此时实测切割深度为0.70cm,达到最佳效果。 By cutting experiments of hard alloy using high pressure abrasive water-jet,the influences of jet pressure,cutting speed,abrasive flow rate and target distance on the cutting depth are analyzed using single factor method.Based on the single factor tests,the levels of these factors are selected for orthogonal test,and the processing parameters are optimized by range analysis.The results show that the influence of factors on the cutting depth ranks as following:jet pressure〉cutting speed〉abrasive flow〉target distance.And the optimal processing parameters are jet pressure 280 MPa,cutting speed 50.8 mm∕min,abrasive flow rate 545 g∕min,target distance 5 mm.The cutting depth can reach the best under the optimal parameters,which is 0.70 cm.
