摘要
目的:观察前列舒通胶囊联合头孢克肟胶囊治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:将106例慢性附睾炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组53例。对照组用头孢克肟胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用前列舒通胶囊治疗,治疗4周后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为58.5%,治疗组有效率为86.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合头孢克肟胶囊治疗慢性附睾炎疗效显著。
Object：To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie Shutong capsules combined with Cefixime capsules in treatment of chronic epdidymitis. Methods：106 cases of chronic epdidymitis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of 53 cases. The control group was given Cefixime capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsules based on the control group. Observed the clinical effect of the 2 groups after 4 weeks. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 58. 5%,and the treatment group was 86. 7%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Qianlie Shutong capsules combined with Cefixime capsules treatment of chronic epdidymitis has remarkable curative effect.
