摘要
功能性消化不良病位在脾、胃,与肝密切相关,病机虽然复杂,多在脾胃虚弱的基础上发生,脾虚气弱,肝气郁结,最终气机紊乱,脾胃升降失常,出现脾虚肝郁证。且功能性消化不良病程长、病情缠绵,患者常伴有焦虑抑郁的状态。大量临床实践及资料证明中医药治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁疗效显著,能达到调节机体阴阳平衡,标本兼治的效果。但也存在样本较少,缺乏说服力;入选标准缺乏系统性;中医药现代机制、原理研究较少等不足。
The disease of functional dyspepsia（ FD） at spleen and stomach,closely related to liver. Although the pathogenesis is complicated,but based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,deficiency of the spleen causing weakness of Qi,in addition with the stagnation of liver Qi,lead to the disorder of activities of Qi and spleen and stomach ascending and descending disorder.Finally,the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency FD occurred. The course of FD is long,patients often accompanied by anxiety and depression. Clinical practice and data have proved that traditional Chinese medical,especially Chinese herbs,has definite effect for the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency FD with anxiety and depression state. But there are problems such as less number of cases,the lack of persuasion,and selection criteria lack of systematization,deficiency on the modern mechanism and principle study of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.
