摘要
通过降低浓密机入矿矿浆质量分数至15%、添加60g/t分子量为1200万的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、优化浓密机底流矿浆输送的操作等方式对王集胶磷矿(Ph1)浮选精矿浓密机溢流跑浑问题进行治理,结果浓密机溢流水含固量由15g/L降至2g/L,达到了治理的目的。
Treatment was made of the muddy flotation concentrate thickener overflow for Wangji collphanite(Ph1)by reducing the content of feed slurry to 15%in thickener,adding 12 million of anion polyacrylamide in 60g/t molecular weight,optimizing operation of the thickener underflow slurry delivery.As a result,the solid content in thickener overflow water was lowered from 15g/L to 2g/L,achieving the objective of treatment.
