摘要
根据GB/T1299-2014《工模具钢》新标准,计划新GB《冷作模具钢》拟分部分出版,各部分将依据模具钢不同的使用要求划分。目前计划第1部分为高韧性高耐磨性冷作模具钢;第2部分为火焰淬火冷作模具钢。对新国标中冷作模具钢推荐的牌号,化学成分、用途及热处理进行浅述,以便使用者在生产实践、科研中有所借鉴。
According to the new standard of GB/T1299-2014 ＂Tool and die steels＂, planning new GB ＂cold work die steel＂ to be published in parts,each part will be divided according to the different requirements of die steel.The cun＇ent plan is that the first part is high toughness and high wear resistance cold working die steel;the second part is flame quenching cold working die steel.Brief introduce recommemted grades for cold work die steel,chemical composition, application and heat treatment in new national standard,in order for the users to reference in the production practice and scientific research.
