摘要
随着高校改革的深入,高校精细化管理是发展的方向。为达到精细管理的目标,应该制定管理规划、完善制度、调整机构、加强校园文化建设。
With the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities, the fine management is the direction of development. In order to achieve the goal of fine management, management planning should be made, improve the system, adjust the organization, strengthen the construction of campus culture.
