强直性脊柱炎全髋关节置换术临床治疗分析

摘要 目的对强直性脊柱炎患者行全髋关节置换术进行治疗的临床效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院收治的28例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行全髋关节置换术进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 13例优,10例良,3例可,2例差,优良率为82.1%;患者的VAS评分、Harris评分以及髋关节活动度改善情况显著优于术前(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者应用全髋关节置换术,能够有效缓解患者髋关节疼痛,改善髋关节功能,并显著提高生活质量。
