摘要
高速公路通行费减免是我国未来15年高速公路的发展趋势,大部分收费公路会向免费转型,如何为收费公路制定科学合理的通行费减免方案显得尤为重要。结合深圳盐坝高速公路通行费减免研究案例,给出高速路通行费减免的具体思路及重要步骤。以"类型""车型"和"时段"为基本方案,将其进行组合,并对组合方案进行效果评估和优化调整。结果显示:"分时段"的组合优化方案会产生显著的社会经济效益。
Highway toll relief is a major trend of the next 15 years, most toll roads will be free, how to develop scientific and reasonable program of toll relief for the toll road is particularly important. With the study case of Yanba highway in Shenzhen, presented specific ideas and important step for highway tolls relief. In the ＂type＂ ,＂model＂ and ＂time＂ as the basic scheme, combined each basic program, and evaluated the effect of a combination of program and optimized the adjustment. The results showed that the ＂sub- time＂ combination of optimization program will generate significant social and economic benefits.
