摘要
根据南昌地铁2号线一期工程2标段隧道工程特点,针对盾构施工过程近距离侧穿公路桥、下穿地表多种管线、穿越上软下硬复合地层及富水砂层等工程难点及可能出现的风险,从刀盘刀具配置、姿态控制技术、掘进参数优化设计、同步注浆系统、自动导向系统、渣土改良系统等方面进行适应性分析和针对性设计,有效确保了所选盾构能够较好地适应现有工程特点。
According to the tunnel engineering characteristics of Nanchang Subway Line 2,the engineering difficulties and possible risks are expounded,such as shield side-across highway bridge closely,across many pipelines,tunneling in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum and so on. Adaptability analysis and targeted measures are analyzed from the aspects of cutter tool configuration,technique of attitude control,optimization design of tunneling parameters,synchronous grouting system,automatic orientation system,etc. The research results ensure shield adaptation to the engineering characteristics.
