摘要
抗生素滥用是困扰临床用药的一大难题。随着纳米医学研究的不断进步,以石墨烯材料(graphene materials,GMs)为代表的新型抗菌剂的研发成为人们关注的焦点。GMs被认为是一种极具潜力的新型纳米材料,在生物传感器和生物治疗等领域具有广阔的应用前景。关于纳米材料的最新研究显示,GMs能够在更多医学前沿领域得到广泛应用。
Abuse of antibiotics has become a troublesome issue for clinical medicine,and the researches on new antimicrobial agents such as graphene materials( GMs) have attracted more concerns with the progress of nanomedicine. GMs are considered as a kind of new nanomaterials with efficient antimicrobial activities,and have promising applications in medical frontiers such as biosensors and biotherapy. This article discussed the physicochemical properties of GMs,experimental surroundings,selected microorganisms,and interaction between GMs and selected microorganisms to explore controversial antimicrobial activities. In addition,several mechanisms of the antimicrobial activities of GMs were deeply analyzed,and the prospects and probable challenges of GMs in the field of antibacterial agents were also proposed.
