摘要
猪场沼液含有大量有机物、氮、磷等营养元素,可回用与农业生产,排放水体却可造成严重的环境污染。在农业回用无法消纳时,采用间歇A/O+MBR工艺进行处理,一次性投资少,运行管理简单,出水水质稳定,COD、BOD_5、NH_(3^-)N、TP、SS的平均去除率可达到94.07%、94.96%、84.12%、93.20%和98.45%,出水水质优于GB 18596-2001。
Pig farm biogas slurry containing large amounts of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients, can be reused in agricultural production, while the discharged water can cause severe environmental pollution. Using the intermittent A/O+MBR process to treat the biogas slurry during the agricultural can't consumption have has the advantages of less investment, simple operation management and stable water quality. The removal efficiency rate of COD, BOD_5, NH_(3-)N, TP and SS can achieve 94.07%,94.96%,84.12%,93.20% and 98.45% respectively. The effluent quality meets the Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding(GB18596-2001).
