摘要
采用氨吹脱+铁碳微电解/H_2O_2法联合预处理高浓度焦化废水,研究了各工段的运行参数。结果表明,氨吹脱实验最佳控制参数是曝气量为10 L/min,吹脱时间为3 h,pH为11.0;铁碳微电解/H_2O_2最佳控制参数是反应时间为160 min,初始pH为3,H_2O_2的最佳投加量为80 m L/L,铁碳填料投加量为300 g/L。在上述工艺条件下,该集成技术对COD和挥发酚的去除率均分别在87%以上和91%以上,B/C比从0.11提高到0.48。研究结果可为该类废水处理工程实践提供参考和指导。
Ammonia stripping Fe-C micro-electrolysis combined with H_2O_2 process was applied to oxidize high concentration coking wastewater. The operational parameters of each stage were optimized. The results showed that the optimum parameters of ammonia stripping were aeration rate 10L/min,stripping time 3 h, pH 11.0, and the optimum parameters of Fe-C micro-electrolysis combined with H_2O_2 were reaction time 160 min, pH=3.0, H_2O_2 dosing quantity 80 m L/L, iron carbon filler 300 g/L. Under these conditions, the degradation rate of COD and volatile phenol was more than 87% and 91% respectively, and B/C increased from 0.11 to 0.48. The research results can provide a reference and guidance for this kind of wastewater treatment engineering practice.
