摘要
针对渤海油田聚驱采油污水处理现状,研究出电化学降解除油一体化技术,形成"旋流混合加药→电化学除油→斜管除油→核桃壳过滤"的工艺流程,并加工成一套撬装式含聚污水处理装置,在海上油田开展含聚污水矿场实验。结果表明,电化学处理工艺除油率98%以上,与清水剂协同作用效果显著,在清水剂加量50~150 mg/L时,滤后水含油8~18 mg/L、粒径中值1.9~2.26μm、固体悬浮物1.39~2.09 mg/L,全面达到现场注水水质标准。
Aiming at the current treatment status of the polymer-flooding wastewater in Bohai oilfield, electrochemical technology used for polymer-degradation and oil-removal was researched. It formed the process flow of cyclone mixed dosing→electrochemical removal oil→inclined tube removal oil→walnut shell filter, and a set of skid mounted wastewater containing polymer treatment plant was designed and manufactured, which was used for the field test of electrochemical treatment of wastewater containing polymer in offshore oilfield. The result shows that the oil removal rate of the electrochemical treatment process is over 98%, and the synergistic effect is significant especially used in conjunction with water agent of BHQ-04. when the amount of water agent is 50~150 mg/L, the oil content is 8~18 mg/L, the median particle diameter is 1.90~2.26 μm and suspended solids content is 1.39~2.09 mg/L of the filtered water, which reach the scene water quality standards for water injection.
