德国应对日食冲击的电网备用容量配用机制分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究了2015年3月20日德国日全食基本情况,并基于运行数据分析了德国电网应对日全食的举措。研究结果表明,合理高效的备用容量市场的建立,充足的可调度资源是保证大比例新能源并网条件下系统安全运行的基础,以及合理的电力市场设计是降低大比例新能源对系统安全风险的重要手段。 This paper analyzed the solar eclipse happened in Germany on March 20 th 2015,and the measures taken by power system operators to deal with the impact of solar eclipse on power system operation based on operational data. The results show that efficient control reserve market is an important precondition for preventing power grid from operational risks brought by variable generation. Besides,plentiful dispatchable generation resources such as coal fired generation,power grid interconnection are bases for assuring system opeartion security with high penetrations of variable generations. Good electricity market design is also an important way to reduce the risks brought by variable generation.
