摘要
目的 研究晚期血吸虫病患者血清粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G- CSF)和转化生长因子 β1(TGF- β1 )水平的改变和临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)检测 30例晚期血吸虫病患者 (晚血组 )和 11例急性血吸虫病患者 (急血组 )血清 G- CSF和 TGF- β1 水平 ,并与 10例正常人(正常对照组 )作对照。结果 晚血组和急血组血清 G- CSF水平显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;急血组血清 TGF- β1 水平显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而晚血组升高不明显 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;急血组 G- CSF与 TGF- β1 水平之间呈显著正相关 (r=0 .7118,P<0 .0 5 ) ,晚血组则无显著相关 (r=0 .1982 ,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 血清 G- CSF能反映晚血患者合并感染 ,而血清 TGF- β1
Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of G-CSF and TGF-β 1 in the serum of patients with advanced schistosomiasis japonica(ADS). Methods The serum levels of G-CSF and TGF-β 1 were tested with ELISA in 30 patients with ADS and 11 patients with acute schistosomiasis japonica(ACS). The healthy persons served as normal control (NC). Results The serum G-CSF levels in ADS and ACS were notably higher than that in NC (P<0.01 and P<0.05). The serum TGF-β 1 level in ACS was notably higher than that in NC (P<0.01). The level of TGF-β 1 in ADS did not increase compared with that in NC(P>0.05). Serum G-SCF was correlated with serum TGF-β 1 positively in ACS (r=0.7118,P<0.05), but there wasn't that in ADS(r=0.1982,P>0.05). Conclusion The serum G-CSF levels could reflect concurrent infection and the serum TGF-β 1 levels could not reflect the degree of hepatic fibrosis in ADS.
