摘要
目的探讨中医特色疗法在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月—2015年3月收治的寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用中药内服+电磁波治疗仪治疗,观察组采用中药内服+整按治疗+隔姜灸法治疗。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的82.69%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者腰部疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后1周、2周、3周,观察组患者腰部疼痛评分均低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);随访结果表明观察组患者复发率为5.77%,低于对照组患者的15.38%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中药内服+整按治疗+隔姜灸法中医特色疗法在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果显著,推广价值高。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of TCM characteristics therapy on cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, 104 cases of cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given Chinese herbs and electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus. The observation group was treated with the whole Chinese herbs and compartment ginger moxibustion treatment. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation was 96.15% which was higher than 82.69% of the control group, and the comparative difference was significant （P 〈 0.05） . Before treatment, there was no significant difference in back pain scores （P〉 0.05） , after treatment of 1 week, two weeks and three weeks, back pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and there was significant difference （P 〈0.05） . Following-up results showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group were 5.77% which was lower than 15.38% of the control group, and there was significant difference （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion The TCM characteristics therapy of entire press treatment Chinese herbs and ginger separated moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effext and high promotional value.
