摘要
目的：建立HPLC测定气血双补胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色普柱（Durashell C18柱,250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.085%磷酸溶液（36∶64）;检测波长：316nm;流速：1.0ml/min;柱温：30℃。结果：阿魏酸在0.0123-0.2458μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.65%（RSD=0.86%,n=6）。结论：本方法的专属性强,准确度高,重现性良好,可用于气血双补胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Qi and blood capsule. Methods Eighteen using C18 column chromatography（ Durashell C18 column： 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm）; Mobile phase： methanol- 0. 085% phosphoric acid solution（ 36： 64）; Detection wavelength： 316nm; Flow rate： ： 1. 0ml / min; Column temperature： 30℃. Results Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0123 μg to 0. 2458μg（ r = 0. 9999）,The average recovery was 99. 65%（ RSD = 0. 86%,n = 6）. Conclusion The method has strong specificity and high accuracy,good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Qi and blood capsule.
