摘要
以木质素磺酸镁溶液为原料 ,通过化学方法 ,分别引入了羟甲基、羧基、酰氨基、磺酸基等基团 ,以期增大木质素磺酸镁对水泥的分散作用和提高对混凝土的减水率。结果显示 :引入羟甲基可提高木质素磺酸镁对水泥的分散效果 ,减水率为 9.5 % ;而同时引入羟甲基和磺酸基的效果最好 ,减水率最高达 19.0 %。
In order to improve the dispersion of magnesium lignosulfonate to cement and increase the water-reduction ratio to concrete,hydroxymethyls,carboxies,amido groups,and sulfonic groups were introduced into magnesium lignosulfonate by chemical modification.The results showed that the introduction of hydroxymethyls could improve the dispersion of magnesium lignosulnate to cement with 9.5% of water-reduction ratio,while the simultaneous introduction of hydroxymethyls and sulfonic groups resulted in the best dispersion to the cement with 19.0% of water-reduction ratio.
