摘要
介绍了煤气化装置中煤粉流量调节阀的工作原理,分析了煤粉流量调节阀在使用过程中存在的问题,提出了煤粉流量调节阀结构改进方案,保证了装置的长周期稳定运行。
The working principle of pulverized coal flow control valve is introduced. The problems of the pulverized coal flow control valve during the process are analyzed. To ensure the long -term stable operation of the device, the methods to improve the structure of pulverized coal flow control valve are provided.
