细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺微小癌 被引量:5

摘要 甲状腺微小癌(thyroid microcarcinoma,TMC)具有原发肿瘤隐匿,无典型临床症状,且往往与甲状腺其他疾病并存的临床特点[1]。常规的超声检查虽可发现甲状腺微小结节,但在定性诊断方面特异度较低。因此,其术前误诊、漏诊发生率较高。近年来,细针穿刺活检(fine needle aspiration biopsy,FNAB)因其操作简单、微创,且敏感度、特异度高,得到临床广泛认可,大大提高了TMC的诊断准确率。
