穿心莲连作土壤提取物对其种子的化感作用 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】考察不同质量浓度穿心莲连作土壤提取物对其种子的化感作用。【方法】制备连作0年、连作1年及连作2年的穿心莲栽培土壤水、醇提取物,稀释至不同试验浓度用于穿心莲种子发芽试验。【结果】穿心莲连作土壤的水提物及醇提物均对穿心莲种子的发芽指数、发芽势、发芽率及胚根长有不同程度的抑制作用,但其抑制作用与连作年限无明显关联,3个连作年限土壤的抑制效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水提物中,以125 mg/m L的抑制效果最强。醇提物中,高浓度醇提物的抑制作用较强,尤以抑制胚根长度的作用最为明显。在水提物和醇提物作用下,穿心莲种子各萌发指标的化感效应指数(RI)均RI<0,并且化感综合效应(SE)也均SE<0。【结论】穿心莲连作土壤提取物对其种子萌发存在化感抑制作用,化感作用可能是造成穿心莲连作障碍的原因之一。 Objective To study the allelopathy of continuously cropped soil extracts on the germination of Andrographis paniculata seeds. Methods Different concentrations of water extracts and methanol extracts of 0-,1-,and 2-year soil samples continuously cropped with Andrographis paniculata were prepared and applied for the seed germination test. Results The water extracts and methanol extracts of the soil samples both had inhibitory effect on the germination indexes, germination potential, germination rate, and radicle length of Andrographis paniculata seeds in various degrees, the inhibitory effect being not relevant with continuously cropping years(P〉0.05). The inhibitory effects of 125 mg/m L of water extracts and high concentration of methanol extracts were strongest,and the high-concentration methanol extract had significant inhibitory effect on radicle length. The allelopathy index(RI) and synthesis effect(SE) index of the seeds treated with water and methanol extracts were less than zero. Conclusion The extracts of continuously cropped soil have allelopathic inhibitory effects on the germination of Andrographis paniculata seeds,which is thought to be one of the main reasons of continuous cropping obstacle of Andrographis paniculata.
