摘要
为提高某高速电动机用转子轴承的自润滑性能,采用WS_2作为固体润滑材料,经工艺研究,制备了满足轴承使用要求的WS_2复合薄膜。通过对镀膜前后轴承的性能测试、试验以及与国外产品对比分析可知:采用WS_2复合薄膜后,轴承的摩擦力矩更小且更稳定,可直接在高速下运转,试验后轴承工作表面的固体润滑膜更加致密细腻;采用自润滑保持架与WS_2复合固体润滑膜相结合的润滑方案后,轴承的摩擦力矩与国外产品相比明显降低。
The WS_2 is adopted as solid lubrication material to improve self- lubricating properties of rotor bearings used in a high- speed motor. Through process study,the WS_2 composite thin film is prepared to meet the application requirements of bearings. The performance detection and experiment for bearings before and after coating,and comparison with foreign products show that the bearings have small and stable friction torque,which can directly high- speed operate after the WS_2 composite thin film is adopted. The solid lubrication film on working surface of bearings is more compact and fine after experiment. After the lubricating scheme that combines self- lubricating cages with WS_2 composite solid lubricating film is adopted,the friction torque of bearings is significantly decreased as compared with that of foreign products.
