摘要
足迹是刑事案件现场中常见的痕迹物证之一。如何利用足迹分析留痕人的身高是诸多学者研究的内容。而案件现场中遗留的并非全是完整足迹,如何利用残缺足迹分析身高也是我们要研究的内容之一。本文通过任意选取不同身高、不同年龄、不同性别的400份赤足样本脚板长度,利用回归方程对其与身高的关系进行了研究,发现赤足脚印中脚板的长度与人的身高存在线性关系,并计算出了线性方程,进而总结出了脚板长度与人身高之间的关系,为利用足迹分析人的身高提供了一种新的方法。
Footprint is one of the common trace evidences in criminal cases. How to use the footprint analysis to keep track of the height of the person is the content of many scholars. The crime scene is not all left with complete footprints, how to use incomplete footprints to analyze the height is one of the elements we need to study. By randomly selecting 400 samples of bare feet of different heights, different ages, different genders, this article adopts regression equation to analyze the relationship between footprint length and a person’s height, finds out the linear relationship between foot length and a person’s height, calculates a linear equation, sums up the relationship between foot length and height of the people, and provides a new approach to analyze a person’s height by footprint.
