摘要
目的:探讨人文护理对ICU气管插管患者焦虑状况及护理质量的影响。方法:将102例ICU气管插管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取人文护理,比较两组焦虑状态及对护理方案的满意度。结果:观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后SCL-90各因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人文护理可改善患者焦虑状态和提高患者对护理方案的满意率。
Objective： To explore the influence of humanistic nursing care on anxiety of ICU patients with tracheal intubation and nursing quality. Methods： 102 ICU patients with tracheal intubation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 51 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the humanistic nursing care was adopted in the observation group,the anxiety and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The SAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the score of each factor of SCL-90 was lower in the observation groups after nursing care and the score was lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the satisfaction rate of the patients was higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of the humanistic nursing care can relieve the patient＇s anxiety and improve their satisfaction.
