摘要
为明确有机肥与无机肥的最佳配比,通过有机肥梯度对比试验,比较研究了有机肥与无机肥不同施用配比对烤烟‘K326’农艺性状、外观质量、内在化学成分、感官评吸及经济效益的影响。结果表明:在有机肥用量为30%和无机肥用量为70%时,能促进烟株的生长发育,农艺性状最好;烤后烟叶的叶片结构、油分及色度均有改善,烟叶的外观质量达到最优;烟叶的总糖和还原糖含量增加,总氮和烟碱含量有所降低,同时各项化学成分指标更趋于协调;增加了烟叶的香气质和香气量,减小了刺激性和杂气,改善烟叶吃味;中上等烟比例提高7.7%,均价提高8.9%,净产值提高9.1%。综合考虑有机肥投入产出效益,建议在生产中施用30%的有机肥和70%的无机肥,以提高烟叶工业可用性和烟农的种烟效益。
To explore the optimum ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizers applied on ‘K326 ’,the effect on agronomic characters,appearance quality,internal chemical compositions and sensory evaluation of the tobacco was studied through field experiments with different ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizers. The results showed when it was applied with 30% organic and 70% inorganic fertilizers,the growth of the tobacco was promoted and the agronomic characters were the best; after flue-cured,theleaf structure,oil content and chromaticity were all improved and the appearance of the tobacco had the best performance; with the increased content of total sugar and reducing sugar and the reduced content of total nitrogen and nicotine,the tobacco tended to have more equal distributions of chemical compositions; the improved quantity and quality of the odor with the decreased pungent odor made the sensory evaluation of the tobacco much better. With 30% ∶ 70% applied ratio of organic to inorganic fertilizers,the first and middle class tobacco leaf was increased by 7. 7%,average price was increased by 8. 9%,and net output value was increased by 9. 1%. As mentioned above and based on an overall consideration of input and output efficiency of organic fertilizer,the application of 30% organic fertilizer together with 70% inorganic fertilizer were recommended for ‘K326’flue-cured tobacco,it could improve the availability for commercial value and increase the benefits of tobacco farmers.
