固井质量的好坏关系到油、气井寿命和采油气作业效果。RBT扇区水泥胶结测井仪是一种检测套管水泥胶结质量及探测水泥沟槽的声波测井仪器,可测量6或8个扇区水泥胶结成像图。RBT测井图直观形象,能详细地评价第一界面在井周360度的胶结情况,对于窜槽、沟槽层位、水泥补孔的判断也更加准确,是目前检测固井质量和管外窜槽、沟槽的最有效的测井仪器之一。从RBT仪器的基本构造、主要曲线及其在测井解释中的应用并根据苏里格气田RBT测井的一些典型的解释实例进行了详细的介绍。
The life and the productivity of gas and oil wells are influenced by the cementing quality. As an acoustical logging tool, RBT (Sector Cement Bond Tool) could not only evaluate the well's eementing bond quality, but also detect the circumstance of cement channels and grooves, which can display 6 to 8 sectors image of the cement bonding. The visual log diagram of RBT can evaluate the cement bonding of the first interface of the well, and the position where the channels and grooves occurred, the interface between low and high density ce- ment, and the position of cement mixing fluid. So it is one of the most effective tools to detect and evaluate the first and second interfaces. The basic structure of RBT, the curve diagram and the explanations were introduced with typical examples in Sulige Gas-filed.
