摘要
多重制度逻辑理论为分析农村金融问题提供了一种新的方法。我国社会运行体系中存在法律制度、行政机制和民众习惯三种相互交织的制度逻辑,相互联系、相互作用,共同影响着社会运行。主导社会规则的法律制度、行政机制的运行逻辑,并不会为地方官员努力寻求农村金融运行有效化提供动力。寻求法律制度、行政机制和民众习惯的良性互动将是努力的方向,鼓励民众积极参与、合作化是目前治理农村金融问题的可能路径。
Multiple institutional logic theory provides a new way to analyze rural financial problems. In China,there exist three kinds of systems ：legal system, administrative mechanism and people＇s habits.The in- stitutional logic has mutual connection and interaction, which influences the social operation and guides the le- gal system of social rules and operation logic of administrative mechanism. However, it will not provide power for local officials to seek effective rural financial operation.Encouraging people to participate and cooperate ac- tively is the possible path for the solution of rural financial problems.
