摘要
将废弃的阴极射线管玻璃(CRT玻璃)磨碎后作为细、粗骨料,分别以质量分数0%,25%,50%,75%,100%取代重晶石细骨料或以质量分数0%,10%,209/6,30%取代5~10mm的重晶石粗骨料掺入重晶石混凝土中,并以粉煤灰作为矿物掺合料,研究CRT玻璃骨料对重晶石混凝土工作性能、力学性能、碱骨料反应、Pb浸出值和对7射线屏蔽能力的影响.结果表明:随着CRT玻璃骨料取代率的增加,重晶石混凝土的坍落度、Pb浸出值逐渐增大,抗压强度、劈拉强度、弹性模量、防辐射性能逐渐减小.当用CRT玻璃骨料取代质量分数为10%的5~10mm的重晶石粗骨料或25%的重晶石细骨料时,重晶石混凝土各种性能良好.
Abstract~ Fly ash were used was mineral admixtures, the work performance, mechanical properties, alkali- silica reaction(ASR) expansion, lead leaching properties and T-ray shielding properties of barite concrete with ground cathode ray tube funnel glass sand fine aggregate and coarse aggregate(5 -10 mm) at mass re- placement rate of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% were investigated. The re- sults show that the slump, lead leaching properties increase and the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, static modulus of elasticity and γ-ray shielding properties of barite concrete decrease with the in- crease of CRT glass aggregate replacement rate. The barite concrete with ground cathode ray tube glass sand fine aggregate of 25% or coarse aggregate(5 - 10 ram) of 10% has good properties.
