摘要
如何确定机械式挖掘机的总体设计参数往往困惑设计者,针对现行大型机械式挖掘机的样本范围(5-75)m3,利用曲线拟合方法,并经最优拟合方程判定原则,对残余平方和、相关系数、调整自由度后的相关系数以及残余标准差进行判别,然后分别对履带最大牵引力和斗容的关系、提升电机额定功率和斗容积的关系、整机重和斗容积的关系以及推压电机额定功率和斗容积的关系建立了最优拟合方程,为机械式挖掘机的整机设计参数预测提出了一种可行方法,具有应用价值。
The way to determine the overall design parameters of mechanical excavator often confuses designers. For large mine excavator samples range(5 -75)m3,it uses curve fitting methods and judges by the principle of the optimum fitting equation,discriminating among the residual sum of squares,correlation coefficient,correlation coefficient after adjusting the degrees of freedom and residual standard deviation,then the optimum fitting equations can be established respectively for the relationship between tracked maximum traction and bucket capacity,rated power of the hoisting motor and bucket capacity,the whole machine weight and bucket capacity,rated power of the pushing motor and bucket capacity. The research,which puts forward a feasible method for large mechanical parameter prediction of the machine,has application value.
