摘要
提出了一种智能井水平段油管泄漏定位检测方法。基于压力传感器阵列,运用改进的压力点分析法和压力梯度法进行了泄漏定位研究,通过CFD软件进行管道建模、泄漏仿真、结果分析,结果表明压力传感器阵列检测方法能够有效地进行油管泄漏定位,为解决目前井下水平段油管损坏泄漏无法准确定位提供了一种思路。
A method of intelligent well down-hole tubing leak detection and location was proposed. The research on leak location was based on pressure sensor array with use of the improved pressure point analysis method and the pressure gradient method.CFD software was used for tube model establishment,leakage simulation and result analysis. Results show that tubing leakage can be detected by the pressure sensor array detection method,all that provides a train of thought of finding the location of damage tubing in intelligent horizontal well.
