摘要
目的分析探讨预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎实施集束化综合护理的价值。方法 2013年7月—2015年8月该院收治的ICU重症患者88例。随机方法分组,常规护理组44例,集束护理组44例。常规护理组患者行基础性护理操作,集束护理组患者行集束化综合护理干预。对比分析二组患者满意率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率和撤机天数、ICU住院天数、总住院天数的差异,并比较二组护理质量的差异。结果集束护理组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率明显低于常规护理组,满意率明显高于常规护理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集束护理组撤机天数、ICU住院天数、总住院天数明显短于常规护理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集束护理组护理质量明显优于常规护理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施集束化综合护理在预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎中的应用效果确切,可有效促进患者康复,提升护理质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the value of cluster comprehensive nursing care for the prevention of ICU ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods This study included 88 cases of ICU critical patients enrolled in author＇s hospital from July 2013 to August 2015,and they were randomly devided into routine nursing group and cluster nursing group,44 cases in each group.The patients with routine nursing group received basic nursing procedures,while the cluster nursing group patients received cluster comprehensive nursing intervention.Then the nursing quality was compared between the two groups in patients＇ satisfaction rate,incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia and withdraw machine number,the ICU hospitalization days and total hospitalization days.Results The incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia in patients with cluster nursing group was obviously lower than conventional care group,satisfaction rate significantly higher than that of routine nursing group,significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Withdraw machine days,ICU hospitalization days and total hospitalization days in cluster nursing group were significantly short than conventional nursing group,significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.The nursing care quality of cluster nursing group was also superior to conventional care group,significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Cluster comprehensive care shows an exact effect in preventing ICU ventilator associated pneumoniais,it can effectively promote patients recovery,improve the quality of nursing,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
