摘要
目的研讨优质护理对肺癌射频消融治疗围术期恢复的应用效果及护理要点。方法选择46例肺癌临床病例随机分为观察组及对照组,检测并比较二组患者生命体征、并发症发生率、术后机能恢复及护理满意度等指标。结果通过对照研究表明对射频消融治疗围术期优质护理较对照组差异有统计学意义,疗效确切。结论在围术期进行优质护理能有效提高射频消融治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the perioperative high quality nursing efficacy of the radiofrequency ablation in treating pulmonary carcinoma.Methods Totally 46 patients with pulmonary carcinoma were treated with radiofrequency ablation,and they were divided into two groups.The vital sighs,complication rate,recovery index and nursing satisfaction were recorded in perioperative period.Results All patients did not get severe surgical complications.The group of high quality nursing was significant better than the control group.Conclusion High quality nursing after radiofrequency ablation can be a beneficial supply for recovery and reduce the complications.
