摘要
新时期,面对党的建设中存在的问题,"全面从严治党"这一概念应运而生。"全面从严治党"之"全面"体现在主体上的全面性、内容上的全面性、依据上的全面性、时间节点上的全面性以及方式方法上的全面性等;严的标准、严的措施及严的纪律则构成"全面从严治党"之"从严"内涵;习近平在党的群众路线教育实践总结大会上对全面从严治党提出的八点要求即为"全面从严治党"的实现路径;全面从严治党的话语体系具有现实性、系统性、自觉性、责任性、渐进性、规范性、统一性和开放性等特征。
In the new period, the concept of ＂Comprehensively Strengthening Party＇s Discipline＂emerges in response to the existing problems in the process of Party building course.The word ＂comprehensive＂ is embodied most vividly in a wide range of aspects, including the Party, the connotative meaning, the demanding necessity, the continuity of different phases, re- alizing methods and among others. The connotation of ＂strictness＂ consists of the related standards, measures and disciplines with the concept. The realizing routes, put forward by Xi Jinping in the summing-up speech on the mass line and education- al practice, are the constituent elements of the new policy. The whole discourse system is characterized by practicality, sys- tematicness , consciousness, accountability, gradualness, normalization, unitarity and openness.
