摘要
选择犬的三个 STR基因座 ,复合扩增后 ,使用 PE3 77自动测序仪及 Genescan3 .1 .2软件进行电泳及数据分析 ,共检测了 57例无亲缘关系的犬 ,得到三个基因座的个体识别率( DP)分别为 0 .42 1 7、0 .8963、0 .80 95,多态信息含量 ( PIC)分别为 :0 .3 3 3 9、0 .73 81、0 .5979,及三个位点的联合个体识别率 ( TDP)为 0 .9886。这为犬的群体遗传学研究 ,司法鉴定等方面提供了方向。
Three STRs of dog were selected and coamplified.The PCR product was electrophoresed on ABI Prism 377 DNA Sequencer,and the data was analysed with Genescan3.1.2 software.We have investigated 57 randomly selected dogs.The DP values(the power of discrimination) of the three loci were 0.4217,0.8963,0.8095.The PIC values(polymorphism information content) of the three loci were 0.3339?0.7381?0.5979.The TDP value (total power of discrimination) was 0.9886.This work is useful in population genetic studies and forensic identity of dogs.
