2A14/A390复合材料热处理组织和性能研究

Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the 2A14/A390 Aluminum Composites

摘要 对铝合金2A14和A390复合材料进行热处理并研究其组织性能。试验中采用热挤压复合铸造技术使得两种金属实现冶金结合,经过固溶热处理后对双金属复合界面的显微组织、显微硬度及结合强度进行测试;并对热处理工艺参数进行分析研究,发现最佳的热处理温度为500℃,固溶4h。 Effects of the heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2A14/A390 composites were analyzed.2A14/A390 composites were prepared by hot extrusion combining with casting technology,and the composites prepared were treated by solid solution,and microstructure,microhardness and bonding strength of the composites after solid solution treatment were investigated.The results show that with solid solution at 500℃for 4h,the composites have desirable microstructure and mechanical properties.
