摘要
我国西北干旱区的干旱、风沙、盐碱等自然灾害频仍,严重地限制了当地经济发展,必须查明其成因、分布、危害程度等基本情况,积极采取因地制宜,因害设防的减灾、救灾措施,这也是当前“国际减灾、救灾十年”重大任务之一。
Drought, shifting sand, salinization and other natural disasters are widely distributed in arid Northwest China. They lay great havocs on local economic development. It is quite urgent to study closely their origin, distribution and degree of harmfulness so as to suggest the relevent and effective combatting measures. This is also an important task in the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction.
