摘要
首先介绍数字文化治理的概念与特征,以及大数据时代公共图书馆实施数字文化治理的作用;进而分析公共图书馆数字文化治理存在的现实困境;最后探究大数据时代公共图书馆数字文化治理的实现路径。
This paper firstly introduced the concept and characteristics of digital cultural governance andthe effects of digital cultural governance on public libraries during the big data era, analyzed the dilemma ofdigital cultural governance for public libraries, and finally explored the path to achieve digital culturalgovernance in public libraries in the big data era.
