树状寡聚乙二醇修饰的苯丙氨酸衍生物的合成与溶液性质研究 被引量:1

Synthesis and solution properties of phenylalaninate derivatives with branching oligoethyleneoxy chains

摘要 以苯丙氨酸甲酯与含寡聚乙二醇链的间苯二胺缩合,合成了新型含寡聚乙二醇链的氨基酸分子10和11,其结构经~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,ESI-HRMS表征。利用UV光谱对化合物4、8、11的溶液性质进行了研究,结果表明,化合物11具有低临界溶液温度性质。 A novel thermosensitive amino acid derivative with oligoethyleneoxy chains,was designed and synthesized from L-methyl phenylalaninate and 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid derivative with oligoethyleneoxy chains. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR,IR and ESI-HR-MS. The solution properties of 4,8,10,11 were investigated by UV-vis. The results showed that 11 exhibited thermosensitivity and LCST properties.
