摘要
作者总结了我院1954～1986年尸检中资料较完整的77例慢性肺心病,并对该病的发生发展、左心肥大的机理和死亡原因进行了讨论分析,提出肺细小动脉的中膜肌化是肺动脉高压不可逆转的主要环节。
77 cases autopsy materials of cor pulmonale in our hospital from 1954-1986, are sum-marized. The mechanisms of occurrance and development, hypertrophy of left ventricle, courses of death are discussed. The irreversible change of muscularization of the media of pulmonary arterioles is a key link in pulmonary arterial hypertension.
