摘要
医学专科生的可持续发展需要一定的外部环境支撑,包括社会环境、职业环境、教育环境等。根据2014年和2015年国务院关于发展现代职业教育以及促进健康服务业发展的重要文件,探讨了培育有利于医学专科生可持续发展的社会环境和职业环境的策略,并从建立科学的教育教学评价机制、回归教学应有的本真环境等角度探讨了培育医学专科生可持续发展的教育环境。
Certain external environment,including social environment,career environment and educational environment,is essential for the sustainable development of junior medical college students. On the basis of the important documents issued by the State Council concerning in 2014,2015 about developing modern vocational education and promoting healthcare industry,this paper aims to analyze the educational environment to cultivate medical junior college students＇ sustainable development from the perspectives of establishing a scientific teaching evaluation system and genuine teaching environment.
