摘要
目的观察抗生素联合中成药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 106例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,每组53例。对照组给以左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,14d为1疗程,3疗程后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组半年内复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔疗效显著,安全、经济,适合社区医院应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of antibiotic combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 106 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group. Control group was given Levofloxacin and Metronidazed,treatment group was given Fukeqianjin tablets on the basis of control group,14 days for a course,the clinical efficacies and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Antibiotic combined with Fukeqianjin tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has significant effect,is safe,economic and suitable for application in community hospitals.
