筒状树脂基碳纤维编织体的热力耦合分析

摘要 使用仿真手段对具有编织结构的复合材料性能进行分析,利用三维CAD软件为设计平台,设计了具有编织结构的筒状复合材料几何模型。以有限元软件ABAQUS为计算平台,实现了对筒状树脂基碳纤维编织体材料的有限元模型在热载荷、位移载荷共同作用下服役行为的计算机仿真分析,得到了模型温度场及应力场分布情况。 Aiming at analyzing the performance of composite material with braided structure by using stimulation actions,a tubular composite geometric model with braided structure is designed based on 3DCAD software as design platform.Based on finite element software ABAQUS as computing platform,a computer simulation analysis of service behavior of finite element model of tubular resin-based carbon fiber braided material is achieved under combined action of thermal load and displacement load,and the distribution of temperature field and stress field of model is obtained.This method is of generality,which provides an important idea and method for the research on tubular braided material by numerical method.
