摘要
通过对花锚（Halenis ellipeica）种子的发芽试验,表明,经硝酸钾（KNO3）处理的发芽率为65.5％,预先冷冻处理的为31.5％,氢氧化钠（NaOH）处理的为29.75％,双氧水（H2O2）处理的20.25％,比常规处理的发芽率（12.5％）分别提高53.00,19.25,17.25和7.75个百分点。
The results of gemmation test of Halenis ellptica seed showed that gemmation rate of seed treated with KNO3 was 65.50% , the one of frozen seed before test was 31.75% .The gemmation rate of seed treated with NaOH,H2O2 was 29.75% and 20.25% ,respectively. The gemmation rate of four treatment groups increased 53.00,19.25,17.25,7.25 percentage points than that of normal state(12.50%) .respectively.
