自密实轻骨料混凝土的配合比设计研究 被引量:11

摘要 选用普通硅酸盐水泥、陶粒、河砂、粉煤灰、硅灰等原材料,采用绝对体积法,研究了水胶比、轻骨料体积掺量、矿物掺合料用量对自密实轻骨料混凝土性能的影响,确定了SCLC40、SCLC50强度等级的自密实轻骨料混凝土配合比。结果表明:当轻骨料体积掺量为42%、Ⅰ级粉煤灰掺量为20%、硅灰掺量为10%(SCLC50)时,SCLC的自密实性能和表观密度最佳。 This paper selected Portland cement,ceramsite,river sand,fly ash, silica fume etc,studied the influences of some farctors which include water-binder ratio,volume quantities of lightweight aggregate,dosage of mineral admixtures on the properties of self--compacting lightweight aggregate concrete by absolute volume method,and determined the mix ratio of soft-compacting lightweight aggresate concrete of SCLC40 and SCLC50 strength grade. The result indicated that SCLC could have the best perfor- rnanee of serf compactness and apparent density when mixed" 42% volume quantifies of lightweight aggregate,20% first-grade fly ash, and 10% silica fume (SCLC50).
