摘要
从国内外引进的不同来源品种群体中,选择变异植株进行糖甙含量分析,经过6年的系统选育,选育出了抗性强、产量高、含糖甙高的甜菊新品系83-27。该品系与生产用种比可增产10%～15%,含糖甙比生产种高3%以上。本文从播种育苗、苗田管理、移栽田管理及收获与采种等方面详细介绍了甜菊83-27品系的栽培技术。
Analysis on the glucoside from the introduced different varietal resources for6-years breeding,selecting a new lines83-27which has high resistance,high yield and high glucoside,this variety increased the yield10%～15%and glucoside increased above3%,in this paper,more details of cultivation for83-27from the nursery,seedling management,transplanting and harvest.
