摘要
利用植物顶端优势原理,研究形成和生产甘蔗良种侧枝快繁的几项关键技术是:植期大田以夏植母茎侧枝苗生产环节最适宜;品种应选择生长旺盛、根茎发达、血缘关系较近的,有利于侧枝苗发生和生长;甘蔗侧枝苗处理技术,去顶时间以有10个有效节为宜,二、三次处理以侧枝苗形成4片叶或侧枝茎部萌动,使甘蔗侧枝苗假植生根、大田移栽成活率均达90%以上,甘蔗繁殖速度由传统的5～8倍提高到30倍,为甘蔗良种的迅速推广应用提供了技术保障。
The principle of plant apical dominance used in this paper,the key techniques of quick propagation with branch stem:Using the branch stem of mother stem which planted in the field in summer,these varieties should be selected with thriving plants,the root stem growth developed and with blood relationship closely,the treatment techniques to top with10knots,two or three treatment were at4leaves or the buds germinated to get temporary planting roots and then transplanting them to the fields and survival ratio above90%,the propagating speed increased from5～8times to30times.
