^(207)Bi Radioactive Source Tests of Silicon Detectors Based on VA140

摘要 ASIC芯片VA140是64路电荷灵敏放大器,具有低噪声、低功耗等特点,还具备信号成型、保持、多路模拟信号读出等功能。本工作在完成VA140的线性度测试基础上,设计了基于VA140的硅片探测器测试系统。利用^(207)Bi放射源,首先测试得到2 mm厚硅片探测器的能量分辨以及信噪比,然后测试得到内转换电子穿过300μm厚硅片探测器的沉积能谱。测试结果验证了将VA140用于中国电磁监测试验卫星300μm厚硅条探测器的可行性。 VA140 is a 64 channel charge sensitive amplifier ASIC with low- noise、low- power characteristics and hold、multiplexed analog readout、calibration facilities. The silicon detector readout electronic system based on VA140 was designed after testing VA140's. This paper gives the207 Bi radioactive source test results of 2mm thickness silicon detector and the and SNR. The result of 300 μm thickness silicon detector's207Bi test confirms the feasibility of using VA140 as the electronic readout of 300 μm thickness double strip silicon detector in the China electromagnetic detection test satellite
